We regularly provide guidance to companies at every stage of the outsourcing process including the formulation of the sourcing strategy, development of the request for proposal, negotiation of the outsourcing agreement and management of the outsourced function. We also assist clients with a wide range of matters which arise after the execution of an agreement including, the renegotiation, restructuring or termination of existing outsourced arrangements, in-sourcing or re-sourcing previously outsourced functions, monitoring compliance with service levels, data security requirements and other contractual obligations, and enforcing contractual commitments.
