WINSTON-SALEM (February 22) – Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton announced today that attorney Dustin Greene has been named one of “The Triad’s 40 Leaders Under Forty” by the Triad Business Journal. The Triad Business Journal’s 40 Under 40 honors young professionals who are excelling within their work-places and industries, while also making tremendous contributions within their communities. Honorees were recognized on February 16, at an awards ceremony at the Elliott University Center on the campus of UNC-Greensboro.
Mr. Greene was recognized for his dedication to his clients and for his commitment to the community. He was a founding board member of the Northwest Piedmont Purple Heart Foundation, and is dedicated to providing pro bono representation to those in need, focusing his pro bono work on issues affecting veterans of all branches of the armed forces.
Mr. Greene focuses his practice on commercial and general litigation matters. Since joining the firm, he has represented plaintiffs and defendants in complex commercial litigation matters including shareholder rights, fiduciary duty claims, misappropriation of trade secrets, unfair trade practices, complex contract issues, construction litigation, and other matters. Mr. Greene has experience in arbitration, federal and state court, the North Carolina Business Court, and at all levels of North Carolina’s appellate courts.
